The Fortier 33
The Fortier
33 foot is an honest sea boat for fishing and cruising. She
is an outstanding fiberglass boat. Her design and construction
make the Fortier 33 comfortable in any weather.
The molded-in keel and spray
rails offer exceptional stability and give the boat a soft, dry entry into
the water.
Experienced craftsman lay
layers of fiberglass on a Core-Cell foam core. Stringers
run from bulkhead to transom, and the cockpit has
a removable sole and large scuppers. The quality of materials and workmanship
make the Fortier 33 the stiffest hull in its class. The elevated cockpit
steering station sole raises to make the engine room totally accessible.
Both single and twin screw diesels are available.
Two separate cabins
provide comfort and privacy and for additional live-aboard comfort, there
is a stand-up head with shower pan. Opening ports and a Bomar Hatch forward
provide excellent ventilation to the below-decks living areas.
Teak is used throughout
the boat for trim. The galley has a double, stainless
steel sink, a two-burner alcohol stove and refrigerator.
